Yoga Study - Training to start developing a daily yoga self-practice 1-1 led classes, or tailored courses. Individually designed for each students needs.
Classes can be in person or online, one-off or as a package.

Improve sleep, digestion and focus. Prepare for meditation.
Structured course in breath awareness, resonance breathing and pranayama techniques. Reduce stress while expanding knowledge of the subtle aspects of yoga. Includes practice of visualisation, philosophy and meditation for better health.
