Yoga is for everyone, and my classes are aimed at providing practical tools that students can pick up and use for a lifetime. Simple yoga practices for health, calm and longevity.
I teach Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation and Pranayama(breathwork) from complete beginners up to advanced students with experience looking for a fresh perspective on their yoga practice.
I trained at the KPJAYI and SYC ashtanga institutes in Mysore, India with the late Sharath Jois between 2011 and 2023, getting authorization to teach the traditional method in 2017.
Since 2021 I have been continuing my training in Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama and Yoga Sangraha under Eddie Stern and Robert Moses of the Yoga Education College.
I continue to work daily with the Advanced A Series of Ashtanga yoga with my teacher Corrie Ananda Preece who I also assist as part of the the Mysore Yoga London community, based @missionE1 in London.
